Claudio Antonioli opened his first retail space in Milan in 1987, quickly becoming a reference point for an exclusive clientele. The boutique, housed in a former 1920s silent cinema, combines historical elements with modern furnishings. Expanded and renovated over the years, in 2019, it extended its boundaries to over 700 square meters along the Naviglio Grande. Antonioli’s philosophy is to blend research, contemporaneity, and avant-garde, selecting some of the most prestigious designers and brands.

The Challenge

In the dynamic luxury e-commerce sector, Antonioli has faced the need to adapt to the demands of an audience that expects increasingly immediate and personalized services. The main challenge was to enhance customer engagement and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) while maintaining the brand’s exclusivity through the integration of digital technologies aimed at strengthening the relationship with customers.

The Solution

As part of the various strategies considered to strengthen customer relationships, Antonioli identified the development of a mobile app as one of the key tools, alongside other digital initiatives. After careful scouting among various technologies, the choice fell on Shoppy, valued for its fast go-to-market and native integration with Shopify. Through the Shoppy Plus plan, Antonioli was also able to deeply customize the app, tailoring its logic and design to best reflect the brand’s high quality and significantly enhance the customer experience.
