The Brand

Pantalón Brand is an Italian streetwear brand that specializes in the oversized style. The brand is inspired by street culture and contemporary trends. Its goal is to maximize people’s personality and stimulate their creativity, incentivizing them to choose unique, limited-edition items of clothing.

The Challenge

Pantalón Brand’s foundations are built on relationships and interactions – as a matter of fact, they provide a look behind the scenes at their company each day, involving a large part of their community on their social media channels.

The brand is particularly active on Tik Tok, through which it acquires new customers – this is, indeed, the social network most in keeping with the brand identity: young, creative and fashionable. Gianmarco Losito, the brand’s founder, identified the need to strengthen these bonds, actively involving its supporters: through exclusive content, launch previews, special discounts and more streamlined purchasing processes.

The Solution

Gianmarco understood that the missing link in achieving all this was a customized mobile app. Being young, there were also some barriers in place: the financial means and limited skills. His grit and determination undoubtedly played a part, but the turning point came when he learned about the perfect solution: Shoppy and its team allowed him to customize the app in a very short time frame, with limited effort and budget. Once the app had been developed, the brand not only had an alternative channel through which to get its community involved, but the credibility of the young brand increased thanks to this innovative service.
